On Getty Images announces Instagram Grant post (30 comments in total)

Instagram should be just a bunch of happy above the line images. Getty has missed the boat. Mentoring does not help minority photographers, Getty should be offering jobs. Anything less isolates and takes away their dreams. The dollar sign is too low for the invaluable information.

On Nikon 1 V3 First Impressions Review preview (648 comments in total)

What I never understand is the mentality of people that submit samples ov the Nikon1 v3. You spend 2000 dollars plus and shoot a a kid on a bike, a person walking up the stairs, an escalator, and a memorable aspirin box.

Nothing about pictures figure out. Or maybe it is the writers that fire off a few frames. If I was Nikon I would stop sending you cameras to review. The pictures are embarrassing. http://www.dpreview.com/galleries/reviewsamples/albums/nikon-1-v3-real-world-samples

I wonder if Timmbits has used the camera in any real shooting situation. I have and it was during Holy Week in Antigua Guatemala. I do have a few images in my gallery.

Olympus OM-D E-M5, Sorry I took so long to answer. I'm now in India shooting with the Olympus OM-D E-M5 and the nilon 1v1 . As you knowmost people hate that camera. I love it as a second camera.

I just looked at the Nikon1 v2 images. I don't see an improvement in quality. I still like the N1 v1.
