Dale, would it perhaps be wise to bracket a "0" exposure setting and take three shots for every picture (-.3, 0, and +.3)?  I've never used bracketing before, but it sounds like a nice...

One other thing I noted is on the G15 you can't assign "Step Zoom" to the front wheel...only to the full wheel on the back of the camera.  On the G12 I believe you could...but they changed this.

Eric...when pressing "FUNC.SET" to display the menu for adjusting AWB, there is a problem.  Though clearly depicted on page 134 of the G15 manual, AWB is not a visible setting in the menu.  DR...

You're correct about the differences, PC.  Seems only the newer one is available now but that's just fine.  I've ordered it.
