Please no sand bagging or facebook friends, thank you.
Ali Afify: wonderful pic .. I like it so much . ;)
teeoh717: Absolutely stunning. I'd hesitate to call any photograph perfect, but I wouldn't know what else to call this shot.
Fantastic job, congrats.
Thank you very much
Nagas: I like this image very much. Every detail in it can talk a story. Look at his hands! Thanks for showing this picture there.
Thank you for your comment teeoh717!
The way this image took place is a bit different too:I am on the way to a village coming down from a pass at around 4000m alt in East Nepal. I am alone with no guide and a 15 kg backpack. I was lost for quite a while, going the wrong way in the forest; common in Nepal, there are paths everywhere! Then after maybe an hour turning around I could see green fields through the trees.Above the village there are barley fields and this young sherpa boy was just running down the hill having fun. I took the camera out and clicked without thinking much... only weeks later while I uploaded the images on the laptop did I realized it is actually a powerful image expressing freedom and innocence.A lucky shot!
Jan2009: Your competitor knew your image is a threat. So there is at least 5 account used by the same group of friends or person.
As you mentioned this is not photoshopped then I salute you.

You can go on http://www.alamy.com
type C2EBAY into the search and you will see portrait in a low edited version.
Not photoshopped is not correct. The lips colors are untouched, the eyes have been brightened, the background blurred a bit and +2-3% saturation, but there is not much work done. That may look a bit over-saturated on your screen maybe because I use a laptop screen in the moment while I travel.
Well I just hope Joao Sobral has the courage to close his multiples accounts and stop cheating other photographers for his own profit.
Very beautiful composition and image quality
Jan2009: I am humbled even coming 2nd to omtapas!! :) Yippieee!!! Congratulations
Very sweet of you! I loved you image too!
Thank you very much for your appreciation - Om Mami Padme HumWhere the 0,5 and 1 ratings needed?
Thank you very much for your appreciation - Om Mami Padme Hum
Congratulations... must win!
Yes, one of the 5 best eyes image for me.
If you want to know where you o.5 ratings come from, please look on the comments of the winner photo of Joao Sobral.
Keep up your nice work.
Joao Sobral, photographer of images #1 and #2 has opened multiple accounts to upgrade his images and downgrade any concurrence.Matilde and Sofia Mendes are two known account.See his next winning image in "The eyes have it" and you will understand it all.
Matilde: You could have had a better score if you didn’t over photoshop it.
Thank you for the advise Matilde or should I say Joao Sobral the winner of the challenge or maybe Sofia Mendes an other of your fake accounts!
Matilde: Nice photo.
Who else than Joao Sobral under username Matilde, Sofia Mendes and others would give this picture 4 ratings with 0,5 points!
Good quality picture and one of the five best for sure for my taste. This is probably what Joao Sobral and his extra user names thought too and so downgraded your image for his own profit!
Matilde: Love it! The reflection on the eyes, the backlight, the expression, just perfect.
Is Sofia Mendes also one of your account? opened on the 6th of February 2012, only used to give 11 ratings and a nice comment on your previous win?Sofia's comment: "Love it. Just PerfectThe same words, Matilde (or Joao Sobral) used for her comment!
Again, just a coincidence?
I knew when I woke up this morning that it would a day to do good. Dharma, righteousness is in my blood.
