I bought an X100 from DigitalRev (I'm in the US) for a total of $500 in savings. I've had the camera for 7 months without any problems and (maybe you already read about it) if there are any...

This was taken on a tripod (3s shutter speed) but the VR on this lens plus the fact that it's an UWA allows me to take clean shots consistently at 1/3s. If I hadn't had the Tripod I would have...

Thank you! If you buy one I am confident that you won't regret it.

I decided to go with a 1X1 frame for this shot. Taken with the 6.7-13mm

Glad I solved the mystery for you! I think that if you decide to purchase this lens you will be pleasantly surprised by it's build quality and output. It's a very fun lens.

When the Nikon 1 series was first launched there were a bunch of mock up lenses on display. Of them, the only one that I can remember that hasn't been released yet is a macro lens. So if I had to...

I like the star effect that F/16 obtains with the lights. That's pretty much it! I took many shots at around F/8 but ended up liking the F/16 shots better.

It's been a little while since I've been able to get out and shoot. After finishing up my finals last week yesterday was my first official day of summer break. I took the Fuji X100 out and had a...

Pretty cool set. I like that you took pictures of what is essentially an untidy apartment but you were still able to make the shots interesting. Interesting to me at least. Anyway, it's inspiring.

Nice pictures. That's a crazy set-up that the videographers use.

Well, the only way you can get away from needing vertical correction is by either using a big ladder or a tilt-shift lens. In some cases I like the "leaning" that occurs such as in this picture.

Excellent shots! Everything there seems to have a nice texture to it. I love this lens as well but I've never tried any vertical correction. Maybe I'll look into that at some point.

I'll be in Japan this summer as well and I'm going V1 + (c) unless my V1 sells on ebay, then it'll be a V2.

Very nice photo! Is this B&W out of camera or PP? Recently I've become really interested in B&W so I'm curious how you came up with this gorgeous result.

I bought my X100 from them and it still works perfectly. Shipping was incredibly fast. It arrived less than 48 hours after I hit the order button which was funny to me because my spare battery that...

In regards to the EXIF data, that's strange. I've listed my V1+10-30mm+SB-N5 on ebay and if I get what I want for it I'll be buy the V2 immediately and later the SB-N7. I'm not sure if it will sell...

Do you have a link to pics or can you post any? I have the 10mm pancake but the only real reason I keep it is for it's compactness. I did cave and bought the UWA but after shooting with it I have...

It depends on your shooting habits. My style of shooting is usually fairly slow and without long bursts of photos. I don't shoot sports or kids though, so if that's something you are doing you may...

Very nice! I agree that the 30-110mm is a superb lens. Picking up the 18.5mm is definitely something you should do if you like that FOV, but I'm sure you know all about the lens already. I may put...

I've been happily using the V1 since Jan. 2012 and I've installed the Franiec grip. I love the camera and the lens selection but I've been thinking of "upgrading" to the V2 as well. PASM dial would...
