Just compared specs vs 650D and there are only 2 differences I could spot:
1. The 700D is 5g heavier.
2. The 700D is $50 more expensive.

Neither spec is one I'm particularly fond of.

Unless the 700D has a significantly improved sensor and/or delivers on phase-detection AF in Live-View, it's a really poor upgrade over the 650D.

Let me append a small caveat here. If the new sensor turns out to be a revelation then maybe, just maybe this camera starts to make sense. Spec-wise though, it just feels weak.
