Says who. That statement doesn't even make sense. I shoot with both and 5DIII IQ is not too far behind. The last thing to worry about 5DIII is IQ.
-
What does the original look like before the noise reduction. A little noise sometimes is not a bad thing.
-
Enabling the spot AF slows the af down for sure.

I was going to ask him that. It amazes me how far some people will go to knock another brand. I've own both 6D and D600 and 6D is far from having a horrible AF.
-
I'm still waiting. I am not using my D7100 that much any more until I can AF tune the lenses. All my lenses are for FX and most if not all are way off.
-
Nice shots. I'm surprised you struggled with 5DIII AF in low light. The light must be very low.
-
I got the plus. It works really well for me. I honestly will never use any lens on my D800 without running through Reikan Focal first. I was very skeptical at first but now I am a believer.
-
First thing first, make sure your D800 has the latest firmware update. Secondly you need to set your D800 to use the back button AF. Doing this will allow you to focus and recompose using AF-C. ...

Though I don't see any issue with my crop.

Like said D7100 shows it also but it is worst with D800. On my D7100 I bumped the magenta to plus one. If you guys don't notice it that's fine but I do. Same with D600.
-
I don't think am alone. Dave if you own D800 you should have noticed it. I'm surprised you are not aware of this and you said you own D800. I guess you are used to it by now.

Off-course how can you notice it. It will make Nikon look bad. So let us pretend it is not there and defend our beloved camera.
-
My main point is that Nikon is bias towards green. It shows its ugly head regardless of the situation. I'm surprised you guys are not aware of it.
I guess I need to remember that this is DX...
-
I totally agreed. So easy to fix. For me the green cast is there. I'm shocked that some of you don't notice it.That was the first thing I noticed when I move to Nikon from canon. It was...
-
All these pictures were taken in the middle of sunny day with green grass every where. Not a single green cast. All taken with Canon. With Nikon the green cast would have shown its ugly head.
Again...
-
This is typical excuse from you because you assumed that the green cast is slam on Nikon.
-
I am tired of excuses from you guys. I don't care if the picture was taken in a field full of green grass or in the banks of river Nile, the green cast will show its ugly head.
I know some of you...
