People either buy this lens (they usually do not read these posts as they know what they want/need), or they do not (99.99999 %).

Why would 200-400 with extender be automatically better than a native 200-560mm zoom?

Serious question: Why a constant aperture zoom with built-in converter, not a longer 200-560mm zoom with maximum aperture going from f/4 to f/5.6 in the long end?

Leica M9 has the second worst FF sized sensor ever measured, the even worse one is the over 10 year old Canon...

Noise problem with D800???? Have you seen the measurements? It has the highest dynamic range of any sensor so far, and second best high ISO performance if my memory serves, so it has less noise...

In which way? D800 has just as good or better IQ (both dynamic range and high ISO capability), is smaller and cheaper and can be used in ways S2 can not (smaller, faster, great AF etc etc.)
