I've been using DXO for a long time but am very disappointed in the switchover from version 6 to version 7. I preety much was forced to switch to it in order to process images from the 5D Mark III....

I think that is exactly what it could do with suitable software. you could shift the planes of focus just as with a view camera. Or even have two intersecting planes in focus and nothing else....
