It works but on WinXP only with JPEGs. Other type of files you can see as nonamed files (without extension - nrw etc.). On Win Vista and Win7 it is without limitation.

No problem, just set-up ISO to AUTO. It goes up to ISO1600. You can find it on manual (Reference - page 31).
