As a matter of curiosity, can any qualified poster here tell us how much leaving the rangefinder mechanism out of the M240 would allow Leica to reduce the price by?

Excellent results. They are almost 3D!

I use the VF-2 on my Olympus and agree that it transforms the camera. There's a tiny bit of image drag, and no doubt this will be addressed in later versions of the viewfinder, but a compact/VF-2,...

I think all of these large capacity backpacks and multi-lens and multi-accessory kits are all right if you can get one of your servants to carry it for you.

I was always an admirer of the M5, but as I understand it not a lot of people were. The shots look fantastic.

I loved it when she got Kaufmann into a bit of a giggling fit. I suppose the guy behind the interview was hoping he'd divulge some secrets.

I can only afford one or the other.

I agree. Give me a rangefinder any day rather than a heavy, over-featured, flapping mirror DSLR.



I agree, This looks to be a fantastic camera. For years I used SLRs but that flapping mirror ruined the photo experiecnce for me. This looks to be the answer.
