with the Raynox DCR-150, if you remove the clip on universal adapter, it reveals a 43mm thread. You can then use a 43mm to 49mm step down adapter to attach to the Raynox to the Sony lens.

I think a HOT SHOE would be problematic. A better solution is either a  cold shoe or tripod socket mount light for video/stills instead of a flash. No electrical connections to worry about.
