I was a pentax user until the AF and pentax service of K-5 turned me away. Looking at K-5 II now, I cannot help but feeling it is such a handsome camera, hopefully Pentax can do better this time.

I just don't understand why adobe products can be so expensive, take adobe acrobat for example, foxit, which not only can do most of the job, but also is faster n smaller, is so much cheaper

I bought Photoshop CS4 and CS5, and found there were not enough changes to warrant regular upgrades. I don't need all the latest and greatest, this monthly subscription is too expensive

I love the samples from Nikon, I mean, clicking through the sample gallery, the 3 black n white images and Sample 5 are among the best sample shots I have seen; they are very artistically captured.

I think ADOBE has a free DNG converter which converts camera raw file into DNG, maybe you can try to shot RAW, and convert to DNG, and then import to Aperture for editing?

Same here, I used to have a k5 + FA43, the IQ was absolutely great, but its AF performance is a bit let down

For compacts, lens is at least as important as sensor, I wouldn't simply dismiss lx7 based on sensor size alone, even compared with rx100

I think it's the most balanced camera, I mean, if you look at sensor size + lens aperture.

I'd choose GX1+ 25 among all the options, K01 focuses quite slowly in low light, especially with 43mm. Samsung looks OK to me but I hate the large raw file and small buffer, plus the camera is not...
