bigdaddave: Have you been asleep dpreview, it's been out for ages
I have a Canon 7D that I use as a backup camera while shooting my weddings. Yesterday I update the firmware to the latest version, and everything was fine.
Took some shots, went over the menu, everything looked working well.
I had an engagement session today, and I was excited to see the new features, so I decided to use it instead of my Canon 5D MK2. After 2 ( Literarily ) only 2 pictures, it stopped working giving me a blinking battery signal, so I thought I used a dead battery, changed to a fully charged one, got the same blinking empty battery, then "Err" and after few seconds NOTHING.
Tried different batteries... nothing no sign ... totally dead.
Any idea??
