Capture One and Capture One Express ($99) do a superb job of processing Fuji X-trans RAW files.

Doesn't support Fuji X-Trans cameras, either, and like you, I find the interface to be rather slow and non-intuitive. Tough to beat Lightroom for integration and fluidity of use.

My bad, I misread the post title as RX100, not RX1.
Great to hear the image quality of the RX1 is so good. I'll have to rent one some time and give it a thorough real-world use test.
