My vote is to pass on the Samsung and get a Fuji.  Either the e-X1 or the x100s.

SONY RX100 is my current camera.  Great Camera.  If I did not do RAW processing I might consider a Fuji x20 or Fuji x100s.  Outstanding JPEGs.  Decent RAW as well...
