Perfectly normal, it's just some quality control. Though I would say the flash kinda fired a little too many times.

I am not so sure abt EM5 but on my old m43 cameras you should be able to see where the camera was focusing (with native m43 lenses) using the playback button(press INFO to toggle for more info)
