  • Looks like a hell of a nice lens, if the real life optical performance matches the specs. I guess Fuji set out to make the biggest, baddest tele that could still be handheld, and they've done so...

  • Right now, 4K video usually involves line skipping, such that one red, blue, or green pixel = one full RGB pixel in the video. So the 4K video isn't as sharp as it could be. If you look at the...

  • Haha, nice one!

    Confused as to why this is bad taste. What's wrong with a bit of (mildly dark) humour? It's not as if it's offensive...

  • Probably to make it obvious that it's the IR version. They coulda made the handgrip red instead, though...

  • Commented on challenge Back to basics

    Unfortunately no. I'm looking for a photo that's had significant reduction in detail with post-processing.

    @BearLeeAble if that's a straight-out-of-camera photo, then no.

  • Commented on challenge Things you do once a year

    Haha, I was just expecting more submissions in general! Though there are some fantastic photos here so I'm very happy with how this challenge has turned out.

  • Yikes. Good luck with focussing!

  • Well, the iPhone (along with almost every other camera phone and small-sensor compact) is still pretty useless in low light. It's passable for Facebook shots and that's it – what more do you want...
