I believe my days of shopping at Walmart is over. The stores are horrible to shop in anyway.

Love my A7 and I know cameras. I guess it boils down to what you shoot and how you process your images.

On Using third-party lenses on Sony Cyber-shot a7 / a7R article (495 comments in total)

I have a sizable collection of older manual focus lenses and it is all I use with the A7. I do not find it a issue and find it easy to focus but as mentioned my main subjects (trees) don't move around. If I'm street shooting then the depth of field scale, anybody else remember what it is for, works well for me.

I think the specs and initial reviews are impressive but after being disappointed in the NEX-7 autofocus, detail imaged smearing and lack of software update support, I will wait. Maybe I will go with the EM-1 after all do I really need FF since I rarely print larger that 16X20.

You have the screen size for the Nikon J1 and V1 reversed! The V1 has the 920K screen.
