The probable Leica answer to that is quite clear.  $500 color filters that optically correct for the focus shift... Just like how you had to add extra IR-Cut filters on the early color cameras if...

You can tell it's a Leica photostream because it has more pictures OF the camera than images taken BY the camera... The way you can tell it's a Bayer shooter photostream is that they are too afraid...
