Are you talking about Tamron USA fixing the problem? From what I read it is probably a software issue, not hardware. I emailed Tamron Europe mentioning the issue and they answered me nothing else...

I tried turning off VC and switching to MF in order to stop any electronic communication between the camera and lens. I didn't use the camera for several hours and the result was less battery loss...

It is not so simple. There are various parameters that could make exposure different between cameras including slightly movement of the lights in the studio room. I had the same question about this...

Dpreview's processing seems to be weird. Low saturation, which causes less chroma noise. So little can we judge at least for raws.I tried to download the raw files to open them my own with ACR 7.3...

It is not available in 6D review pages yet but you can see the comparisons in other reviews like Sony A99 and Nikon D600.http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/sony-alpha-slt-a99/21

Is this a phenomenon which appears only with third party batteries or for original canon LP-E6 as well? I had two original LP-E6 using them with my 5D Mark II, one of them sold with the camera. Is...

And finally a comparison between 6D and 5D2 at iso12800 with zero noise reduction. A real improvement!!!

No raw convertor will open 6D's raw files except for the new version of DPP you will find in the software CD when you buy the camera. However I think that adobe will respond as soon as possible...

Judging from test samples of dpreview as well as from the few samples posted here, 6D seems to have slightly less noise and simultaneously a little more detail than 5D III in the same test samples....

Probably there will be a slight advantage of 6D because of the larger pixel pitch, unless the two cameras have not the same sensor technology. However, it seems unreasonable to me that canon has...

Thank you for your response. This sounds great! Was the shot taken handheld? if so the camera does auto aligning as well, just like multishot noise reduction. Otherwise it will be useful only with...

Do you mean that after doing 9 frames multishot in "average" mode in raw format, you get a raw file with less noise?Isn't it an in camera processing which should produce jpeg output?Has anybody try...

I read this from here: http://www.learn.usa.canon.com/resources/articles/2012/eos6d_travelcam.shtml"the EOS 6D is the first full-frame EOS model to offer Multi-Shot Noise Reduction. Leveraging the...
