These are real nice shots. Love the ones with the city in the background - masses of detail and subtle colours.

I totally agree, the images look a bit soft here but in Lightroom I actually decreased the contrast as they looked over done. Don't know why they should look so different here. Thank you for your...

Sande, thank you for your post. You are correct, Cuba has wonderful health care and full education. The people I met all seemed happy and did not have too many complaints. It's wonderful to see...

These are all very nice indeed. Enjoy the new camera.

Absolutely right Don. I traveled most of Cuba and mixed with the people. The country is broken but not dirty. The people seem proud and happy. What amazed me the most was how everyone, no matter...

Just a few of the many shots taken on a recent trip to Cuba. As said many times, the G!X is a great travel camera. However, I must confess to have been slightly overshadowed by some of my Son's...

Could someone please tell me if there is an optimum aperture for the G1X. I use mine mainly for travel/landscapes and street photography. I tend to set around f5.6 in daylight which seems to work...

Lovely Pic. Guess the American Flag is on the other side.

I agree with everything that Rod has written. It is a great travel camera and excellent for Street photography. The images the G1X produces are truly amazing and the time to AF is really not...

You must have very small pockets and too much time on your hands.
