2rro: Is the NTSC/PAL setting selectable at initial setup, or are we talking about two different FZ200-versions: one NTSC-version and another PAL-version. (The Panasonic website is unclear on this point.)
You can select it anytime from settings in the same camera
consulting: The 200 is more a gimmick than an advancement. The only advantage is the "better" F-number (if you REALLY need it; do YOU?).
No delay in video capturing, Starts almost instantly. And the results are stunning if you are using good light conditions. I tried day light.For high speed video (For Slow motion viewing) you need a good lightning condition else video will be dark and grainy which is obvious.I am happy....Made a good choice.
