Glossy clear coating is the only way to go for photo editing.

Hope it doesn't have the usual crappy anti-glare matte that makes it impossible to distinguish noise from the matte artifacts.

$89 PS would be a dream and might actually make more money for Adobe.

I could never get PSP to install under Windows 7 64-bit.

I need to smooth skin, clothing and skies but PS offers no brush for this. Blur filter is of little use. Is there a 3rd party plugin that can do this?
