He's speaking nonsense. I have both. The 14-45 is sharper than the 14-42 II.  The 14-45 is even sharper than the Panasonic 14mm f/2.5 at 14mm.

The FL-300R is a decent, put in your pocket flash. For it's size, I have no complaints.

Sharpness is excellent at all focal lengths. Flare, I haven't shot in those conditions.

Maybe it's my monitor but some of the faces look too yellow, and the skin is over saturated. The group shot looks as if the WB is correct though.

It's excellent with the Olympus 45mm f/1.8, but you don't own that lens, so I reckon my point is moot.

If the contact points are not making correct contact, that could be a problem. Even though the grip is able to lock, the contact points could be a little off in alignment. It happened to me.

I agree with you. I have both CS5 and CS6. Both work just fine on my .ORF files. I have an OM-D. I really don't know why a few are having problems?

Make sure you have the Adobe Camera Raw 6.7 update. It works fine for my .ORF files. OM-D

CS5.1 and ACR 6.7 does recognize .ORF files.

Seems there are sour grapes amongst the good ones unwilling to accept poll results.Maybe because of ownership of a camera other than an OM-D EM-5?
