It's on the Pentax road map so it's definitely a Pentax. But the exact focal range (135-400) is a guess and also when it's going to be released.

18-135 is a very versatile lens for daily use, but IQ wise, 16-50 wins hands down. 16-50 and 50-135 duo is irresistable.

On Pentax APSCs the equivalent is roughly DA*60-250 (90-375 on Full frame) and the IQ is excellent. If you mean 100-400 on an APSC, you should go for Sigma 120-400 or even 150-500 which aren't from...
