100% agree. My feelings exactly. DX and now FX is such a pain to tote around. The smaller the body the more I enjoy taking pictures. To this very day my Canon G12 brings me the most pleasure.

small cute things entice you to spend money. Like baby stuff. Cute outfit= cute camera case, fancy stroller = fancy lenses. etc. :)

Good point. It is a little messy when you have to wade though too many samples to make a opinion or critique. Another thing is; if there is something you don't like about a style element in the...

You will get a happy smile when you see the brilliant images, and again when you peep closer.
Even my 30 y/o AIs glass never looked better.

""how do I in good conscience reward them with more business after how we were treated and how the other people with poorly working D600 were treated.""

Thanks for showing. I love canola myself, both the oil and the crop :) The yellow fields against blue sky off both a stunning picture on their own, but also great for backgrounds both in and out...

I have experience with neither of these two lenses , but today I chose to order the 45 for exactly the reasons others have already stated. In case you don't already know; the compression of a...

Pity that it's not a digitaly available subscription..

I've said it before and I'll keep saying it; I doubt very much that Nikon is using new shutters in these so called "shutter replacements". There hasn't been indisputable proof here or on other...

I'm very much in the same boat as you. I gave away my DX bodies to family except for the D90, then I bought the D600 (regretting now) because I had some good Nikkor AIS primes from film days. I...
