Yep, IQ has to be better here. Of course, well processed RAW would be better, but the problem is JPG file.
Check your settings, see whether JPG quality is set to best. No other idea whats wrong.

It looks like one of your springs get broken, loosen or detached.
You can send it to get repaired, but keep in mind that in most cases price of sending/rearing will overcome the price of buying...
