I love the perspective and the colors - great shot.
It was informative listening to Adam setting-up and using the camera. With this level of camera an exhaustive video is impossible, unless a full-length feature "film" is made, and I just consecrated on what I could learn. The video presentation and location represents a lot of work which I am thankful for - IMO nicely done! (As my hearing is going, please kill the music.)
jedinstvo: I'd be curious to know who "Grand Reporter" is and why he joined DPR just today....it seems the Israel first crowd is in a big hurry to discredit the winning photo. Most of the world does not see Israel in the same light that Americans do....
How much freedom would you have in an Islamist society under Hamas or Hezbollah? None at all!
aaaja: I really see nothing outstanding in any way with these photos. They look like they could have been taken with almost any camera. give me a break - the 5d3 MUST be betther, then what is presented here.

When looking at most of these pictures I kept thinking, "my 40D could do that." The M53 shines in low light though.
yuyucheu: I'm very disappionting about new 5D Mark III. I was thinking new 5D III at least 32M pixel, but only 22M pixel. Does Canon lose challenge Nikon?
Your comment hit the nail on the head regarding the price of the Mark III. In Canada they're asking $3800 for the body only which is a real poke-in-the-face to Canon owners who have invested in Canon lenses. If I was starting-out I'd go with Nikon, Sony or Olympus due to more reasonable prices.
Canon has implemented some impressive improvements in the Mark III with the auto-focus system, new sensor and DIGIC5 processor. I like the in-camera HDR too along with the better shutter mechanics.
What I don't like is the price. I looked at the body only, online, at Henry's in Canada, and they wanted $3800 to pre-order; $4650 with the EF 24-105; battery grip, an outrageous $450. ($ @ par with US) Potential buyers must ask themselves if these prices are out of line with fair value. I believe they are priced excessively, and my strategy will be to buy a 7D the next time I see, what I consider to be, a good deal. In the meantime I'll use my 40D.
