Ulfric M Douglas: I love their AF-Tracking implementation : provided it works as well as it sounds. But ... UGLY. Butt-ugly? Great to see twentysomething megapixels, now what did they sell to Nikon and what's the thinking there? Sneaky.
REALLY?!?! I am a professional photographer, and my primary camera is the a900. The noise is so bad above 800 or 1000 that I am considering selling ALL of my gear and switching to Canon or Nikon. I am a bit disappointed in the a99 specs, but will withhold my abandoning of the Sony ship until I have a chance to see how noisy the a99 is in my own hands.

gomezphotography: Id like to change from Canon to all Sony. Wonder how their customer service is?
Maybe we could consider a swap? I am a professional photographer that is seriously switching from Sony to Canon. I have the a900, a700, 4.5 400mm lens, and several more. Sony's support to professional photographers has been very poor. What do you have?

I don't believe there is a pat answer that covers all situations, and we have to adhere to the self-rules that will allow us the look in the mirror and know that you have done what is right for YOU.
