Some interesting images, nicely selected and really show off your own capabilities and those of the camera. Nicely done.

The features are certainly impressive, but in all honesty, don't do anything for me. Coupled with the risk (however remote) of bricking the camera and voiding the warranty... I can't see any reason...

I've been using a couple of the SanDisk 16GB 60MB/s cards as my main cards for a while now with no problems. Plenty fast enough for 8fps burst shooting, HD Video, the lot.

The price may be improving, but not by *that* much.

Don't forget that the EOS-M has no viewfinder and is therefore always in live-view mode. The SL1 will be able to achieve better battery life by simply using the viewfinder.
