Hi Lightscapefoto, I sold all my Canon gear and solely shoot with an EM-1. I don't miss it. It isn't a replacement for it, but, it is the right camera for me right now. My back is so much better for it.
I dont care about Enthusiast and Pro labels. They are just that. I have sold images that I took with an iPhone.
Surreal colors. I mean that in a good way, lol.
Really nice capture. I like the mood.
Roland Karlsson: quite skilled. at jumping. you look relaxed and it gives a nice feeling of floating. i have seen several shots of this kind. its quite hard and does not always succeed. i also have seen a youtube video when some tried to do it. lots of jumping to get it right. and none of the images from that try was this good.
Check these other shots I've done:
Its become a lot of fun to shoot.
miggylicious: nice shot. looks good when viewed small. the motion blur isnt that noticeable. uhm, why is it so noisy at iso200?
Definitely heavy post process. I could have scaled back in retrospect. Thank you both for the feedback.
IcyVeins: You blundered this shot with the 1/60, plainly evident motion blur in this shot.
Thanks Mazevision. This was an old train on the side of the train. This image was shot by the person I travelled with. I've done this shot before and the premise behind it during post process. The movement and graininess was part what I enjoyed about the image as it lent to the original title "Caught Floating". Im grateful you enjoyed the shot.
I humbly submit the decayed train as my prop.
