I've been using the Canon Backpack for 2 years and traveled all over the world with it. Can't beat it for $40.  Regularly carry the 7D, 100-400, 100 macro and the 17-55.

I've recently replaced my 100 non IS with the newer IS version and glad I did. Hand held macro shots and low light non-macro shots are much better.
