Give me the plastic fantastic, just make them more durable. Metal doesn't really help in any case. It only means you won't likely get a cracked case, but the electronics remain as fragile and arguably a metal case transmits shocks better and so are worse.

In the architectural industry, transparency and reflectivity have an inverse connection.
High reflectivity is not high transparency.
Transparent means it lets light pass through.
That means you can see more of the insides.... for example, a greenhouse.
