Alpha Whiskey Photography: Stunning photos. I think for the last one, he may have intended the title to be "Slip the SURLY bonds of Earth..." by John Gillespie Magee, used by Peggy Noonan to write a speech for President Reagan to describe the fate of the Challenger Shuttle crew in 1986. "Slipped the surly bonds of Earth to touch the face of God."

Amazing photo nonetheless. :)

That last photo is indeed amazing and your proposed title fits perfectly.
