No need for that. The NEX-6 has a built-in EVF and is roughly the same height as the NX-300. I don't think bigger is better. 3-inch LCD is already large enough.

That's a big misconception. When shooting below 1/15 any type of stabilization helps. I can find motion blur in my fisheye shots so how is a 23mm lens better in this case?
