Others do the same thing. For example, Canon SL-1 and 7D share the same sensor, but the price difference is more than two times.

The missing EVF is a big piece which should have been reflected in the price. Rest of the features are nice to have, but not material.

At about the same price, why would anybody want this over OM-D?

Wrong forum. But since I just was looking at it, here is one of the best as a steal.

Not the fault of lens. For images involving saturated reds, it is best to use Nikon Neutral color profile then (whether in camera, ACR/LR, or NX2) and then do selective color adjustment.

I have the plan to test it with my D800 for use in crop mode later. This Korean website has already tested with 5D Mark II and looks like that you may get more than what DX crop will give....

Alphoid: You dont get it. First of all you are comparing the whole system, and we are talking of just lens. Even when comparing systems. your assumptions are only valid for high ISO. At low ISO...

If price is right, I might get it for my D800 and shoot in DX mode. A 27-50mm f/1.8 zoom! Are you kidding!

I do not have Canon 5D Mark II anymore, but the implementation of LV on that was so smooth, I...
