Alex Notpro: People should be prohibited from commenting on this article until they answer a quiz about the case. IMHO the judge rendered a fair and just decision in this case but unfortunately it may have gone beyond the scope of copyright law. He should have applied the principles of trademark law instead, to get the same result on more solid footing.
