I admit the 70D is a very nice camera. But please take a look at the low light scene, raw, iso 800 and above, the red yarn looks disgusting, even compared to the 700D.

As you can see it at imaging-resource, details and structure especially in the reds getting totally smudged and lost pretty fast with increasing iso.
-
What can be seen here is that the Nikon D7100 is the best APS-C camera.
-
Ehmm, no. The reds with the 70D are really bad.
-
Take a look at the artificial bulb light view. The 70D can't handle reds. RAW at iso 100 looks really bad. At iso 800 it's starting to look terrible, unacceptable.

Have you considered the GoPro Hero 3 black edition yeat? 1080p60, 720p120, 2.7K at 30fps, 4K at 15fps, included underwater housing, timelapse function, 12 MP phots... Got to love this thing

agree 100% .There are flahlights out there that run off one single AA, therefore smaller and lighter than this one, have high cri LEDs, give over 120 lumen out of 1 AA!! and are cheaper...

Can go from 0,01-970 lumen, neutral-white-LED,Waterproof to IPX7, ....90 $ http://www.zebralight.com/H600Fw-Mk-II-Floody-18650-XM-L2-Headlamp-Neutral-White_p_118.html

kai liu, i was talking about the review on cameralabs.com . There is a comparison between the D7100 and the 70D, and the D7100 looks better at all ISO levels in JPEG and in RAW.

For filming outside at night times this just isn't bright enough. 130 lux at 1m is a joke, you'll barely be able to film your own feet in the dark at reasonable ISO levels... There is no lumen...

I hate this camera, but I hope they sell tons of these and not be forced to make more money out of their DSLR line-up and raise prices...

Exactly! If people prefer the crappy IQ of smart phones over the IQ point&shoots offer, why not make a point&shoot with the same crappy IQ...

I'd go for a 55-300 or a 70-300, because the 55-200 is not that much more range than the 18-105 plus it's not as sharp at 200mm as the xx-300mm are. The 70-300 VR has manual focus override and is...

Indeed, out of the cams you mentioned, the RX100 is a class of it's own in terms of image quality. If that's not enough zoom, think about the FZ200 or maybe a Nikon 1 with double zoom kit

Nikon 1 J1 or better the V1. Can shoot 240 fps at vga resolution and 1200 fps at really poor resolution, 720p60, and take full resolution pictures at 60 fps for a short time, that you could combine...

I expect Canon to put the new AF technology in the next upcoming Rebels, quite tempting isn't it? Do you think this is going to happen, and when would you expect such cameras to come out? I mean I...
