Don't forget the availability of black lenses! I like the silver ones, but plenty of folks have been begging to have Oly's prime lenses available in black - and Olympus appear to have listened.

Great photos as always - thanks for posting!

Yes, you can select the increments available for choosing ISO sensitivity - this works for AutoISO and ISO - so ISO5000 (for example) is available.

The OM-D (E-M5), E-PL5 & E-PM2 all use the same sensor and all have pretty much the same low light performance. The OM-D does have better image stabilisation, which allows slower shutter speeds...

I own the Sigma 30mm and am very pleased with it. Great for when the 45mm is just a little too tight for framing. I've read about the slow camera start-up using the lens, but haven't noticed it...

Yes, I loved the 20mm, but prefer the 17mm. The 20mm is now gone from my camera bag and I don't miss it at all.--I'm getting there...

Great shots! Particularly love the cheetah...

Nice shot, well taken. Did you use CAF or SAF?

I've only had mine for a couple of months, but no problems here. Great lens.

Great photo! Glad to see the results of a fellow Sigma 30mm user. If it was my shot I'd have a play in Lightroom to see if a curves adjustment by means of the highlight/shadow sliders would give it...

You may have the 'anti-shock' set. This can be customised in the menu (last item in cog menu E) to be on or off - when on it can be tailored from 1/8 second to 30 seconds. It's the time between...

I own one too (the original version) and am delighted with it - though I've used it more for portraits than landscapes. There's a nice round-up of reviews at this...

There is a potential problem with banding with the 20mm and OM-D (& possibly GH3); some people don't seem to suffer with it, others (like me) do. I loved the 20mm on my E-PM1, but the banding I...

The 17mm f1.8 is a fantastic lens, it works works brilliantly on my OM-D. I don't own the 14mm, but can't see why you would lose the 17mm unless you don't like the focal length.

I've noticed zero difference in build quality between the 'R' versions of the 14-42 & 40-150 and their predecessors. The price didn't seem to reduce for them either.I believe the 75-300mm II price...

The images are a bit small, but have you tried this?http://www.four-thirds.org/en/special/matching.html

I'm sure you'll enjoy it - I really like mine. I loved my 20mm but the 17mm is an all round better lens in my opinion. I love the feeling of it, it's very sharp, it (with my OM-D) can see in the...

My experience is that the ability to focus in low light is related partly to the speed of the lens. My fast prime lenses (17mm 1.8 and 45mm 1.8) cope much better than the slower zooms, like the...

My experience matches yours. I too have the non-SWD version, it's one of my favourite lenses on my E-3 but a massive disappointment on my E-M5. It was very slow and hesitant to focus and often...
