I feel that a lot of the arguments presented here are not quite targeting the real issues...

Why do people really buy Hasselblads? Perhaps there are a few people out there willing to pay lavishly...

My favorite street lens has always been the 35mm. I really would love to see a 17mm f1.4 in a fairly small form factor for micro 4/3.
