I guess it is not difficult to guess the reason: It is over-priced for its time and people are mad because Nikon's attempt to rip consumers off just by adding a retro-style interface looks TOO OBVIOUS.
I am wondering if they got wise enough to switch back to a capacitive touch screen like the one on 5n? I had 5r and sold it out in favor of 5n only because I had difficulty using the touch screen on the 5r.

Why do you think the target audience of this camera wouldn't want to use flash? Even beginners deserve reasonable flash units.
It could be named: bliss. This was a giant step above the rest of the competition and I just came across.
Marty4650: The only camera on that list that represented something totally new and innovative is the Sony RX1, so it got my vote.
Everything else was just a refinement of something else.
To Jorginho: I infer by your personal definition it is a P&S but by standard definitions, it is not a P&S since it is designed with pro users in mind with fully manual controls and a large sensor not found in any P&S but in pro level cameras.
Considering the Nex line of mirrorless cameras is quite popular, I would suggest adding either Nex 7 or Nex 6 to the poll.
