My fix was very simple in that as I did with my FZ150 and again on the FZ200, I just turned it on and off about 8 - 10 times and then it goes on very easy.  No filing needed.

Nice Rudy, this is something I want to do when in Florida this winter.  Haven't noticed any of those people yet!!!!

That is basically the way mine started and then got worse and worse. They hadn't seen this before at the store. When I took some photos this morning the EVF was basically covered with thin lines....

I tried it in RAW and got 10 pictures and then it hung up writing to the card which took some time. I wouldn't use it in RAW myself.

I just gave this a try and when I held the shutter button down it continued to take pictures up to the 100 although it did slow down a bit at times but I think that's still pretty good if you want...
