Infared: I said from DAY ONE....I have never seen a totally sharp photo from the Fuji. Is there some kind of error here? So the Fuji REALLY is THAT soft. WOW!?!?!?!

You have to be kidding...even my cat's whiskers are microscope sharp.

On Ricoh reshuffle sees Pentax take control of cameras article (163 comments in total)

I am a Nikon person and have been since 1958. My back up system is Pentax, the K5 models. Some of the commentary here is ludicrous to say the least. Pentax suffers only from a failure in the promotion department. Maybe that will change. Their partnership with Hoya/Tokina is a positive one and their own glass has some very fine lenses. We won't even bother to discuss the 645...a top shelf product, so lets hope the next thing we see is full frame weather tight Pentax model.

On Just Posted: Nikon D800 hands-on preview article (287 comments in total)

I have long wished that Nikon abandon the Sony Sensor line and having studied the sensor technology world wide for the last two years; I would prefer that Nikon turn to the Fuji Line of Sensors...hand down they are leading the way...even Canon admits that it is Fuji that have to fear.
