I wanted to get one of these and I tested both in the shop for quite a long time. Nikon is WAAY better fits a hand. (a friend of mine also tested both and had same opinion). Those 4 seconds for...

nope, downsizing does not automatically means sharpness increase.
that is why there are so many PS tutorials on downsizing for web in several steps with unsharp mask application on each step.

35mm is really universal focal length (on a full frame). It is definitely good for indoors, you can make photos (portraits upper body) of 1-2 persons easily. It is also usable outside, in forest or...

How did you downsize? Linear? Bicubic? Bicubic sharp? Bicubic soft? Did you apply sharpening after?
There is no sense in comparison then. You must have absolutely identical settings and identical...

Sorry, I meant Corel Photo Paint, or whatever it calls.

I used Corel Draw at work. I wanted to do some very basic things - take PrintScreen with a map, crop it and paint directions from a railway station to the office. After 45 minutes my brain exploded...

tested with Tamron 24-70 and 50 f/1.8 G. Firmware 1.00.
That is strange and very dissappointing, because on Canon 5D2 and 350D AF-assist light (EX220 mk1) gave insanely precise AF even in total...

There is already OM-D with EVF

I don't need EVF/OVF on an enthusiast camera.

how fast did your battery drained?
1 day, 200 shots?
I have Nikon D600 and Tamron 24-70. I get around 200-400 shots with Tamron. (I don't use LCD screen much, no flash, etc)

I had 5Dmk2 and during shooting in forest with sky correctly exposed it gave insane noise on tree stems when shadows were pulled in LR.
My Nikon D600 has barely visible noise in the same conditions.
-
It looks that Canon is overexposed (or Nikon underexposed), because Canon has much brighter lights.
Also Nikon had more details (less noise) on walls.

in 90-s and 00-s Panasonic had the best quality of all electronic devices.
What I can't get, why Samsung and other Korean and Chinese manufacturers do make profits from same things which cause huge...

Tiny 1/2.3" sensor under a dark lens f/3.5-6.3, that will be the most expensive useless camera.
-
@mick32 this lens will cost same as f/2.8 lens for FF.

@mick32 this lens will cost same as f/2.8 lens for FF. Size and weight: Compare Canon 5D3 vs. Canon 100SL or Canon 650D

Why not shoot FF? How about lowest price for FF at 1600 Euro vs. lowest price APS-C for 300 Euro?
