I don't see the 6D as a real upgrade to the 5D2, to the 5D yes, a big jump but the 5D2 is better built with better ergonomics and the same IQ as the 6D to about 3200 ISO.

Easy enough with Lightroom 4's painting tool. Just paint in areas of different color temperature. Your overall WB is too warm anyway, if you cooled it a bit the pics would look fine as they are
