Difficult question:There is the new FF cameras but lets face it, beside resolution and price what new do they bring to the table? The only dSLR that makes it to my shortlist is the K30 showcasing the best of the pentaprism in a sealed affordable package. The OMD show that mirrorless is starting to mature and is really interesting but the best? The sony RX series kind of stand out. Both the RX1 and RX100 break new ground but in the end my vote went to the X-Pro one. For the first time ever I was actually excited over a new system - If I could actually afford one it would be mine in a heartbeat.
Where there no sign of the H5D? What about that new 24mm f4.8?I get that the Lunar is the big new thing for them but shouldn't there be something on the stand about their mediumformat offerings?
Interesting, I am very interested in how this will compare to the rumored upcoming APS-C zoom for GXR. That would seem like the most direct competitor for me. My guess is that the Canon is smaller, cheaper and got built in WF but the GXR will have better image quality.
Is Toshiba into this twice? or is it just a typo...
When I heard about the Nikon mirrorless i thought it sounded like the perfect compromise between size and performance but this was a dissapointment. It looks like it got a compact camera UI on one of the ugliest bodies I have seen.
If they would have coupled it with the looks of a PEN and UI of a Q I would have bought it. Now? hardly, but the system still has promise so they might do it right in a few years and then they might have a better EVF as well...
pgphoto_ca: None with Full HD and intervalometer for Timelapse...
the only choice....the GoPro junk !!!
Well, the pentax do have intervalometer. No Full HD though.
