How about 360 degree photos for Google maps. I hope it also supported
vscd: Organic sensors. Hmm. Organic Displays have a limited lifespan. Zeiss even gives you a few years on their Batis-Displays. Canon doesn't know how long the blue diffractive element on the 35mm L II will last, but says "long enough". I guess the technology will work but we shouldn't expect to have it for a lifetime.
But nowadays 2 years seem to be enough for a lifestyleproduct like a camera :)
2 years is too short. 3-5 years maybe OK
But when is the real products will be available at the market ?
The quality will not good enough. 2 cameras is not enough to create 360 degree images. at leat need 3 cameras, more better
New Cameras need to be Faster. and also can capture better images on low light. Most still need this improvement
NYCman530: Some good features, but I'm still apprehensive about its performance in low light, despite the 1 inch sensor, since it is a 2.8-5.9 aperture range. I would like to see some studio comparisons soon.
I hope the sensor good enough on low light. because the lens is not fast enough (5.9)Otherwise many people will not buy this
We need new sensor technology which can capture better images than older sensor. especially on low light. I hope Sony, Canon, Panasonic and other manufacture can deliver good sensor for mass product
Ricoh need to redesign the cameras using at least 3 cameras to get better images. 2 cameras can not create good images.
Panasonic please design new cameras based on this. and try to solve the Cons problems. and use new sensor technology and use 2.8 Lens
I hope Sony try to improve the AF. and consider lowering the price so more will buy
DStudio: Did they think that choosing a room with modern-style furniture would mask the fact that the distortion is extreme?
Nevertheless, the motion panorama seems pretty impressive. Looking at some more samples on their site, I almost wonder why they provided the standard still shot here. Apparently the motion panoramas on their site were created without any external processing. So I suppose those were created in only 2 minutes?
Ntech keep improving the products I hope it is better now and will be much better later
The size is much bigger than RX100 II and III , I hope it is much better than RX100 II and III . otherwise many will buy Sony compact cameras
Please prepare the 8K for next year.
I hope it is Flicker free. and the VR is good enough for longer time use/ did not make our eyes tired
Now cameras with better sensor can win the competition. we need good sensor which can capture good images on low light and also have fast focus. I hope all brand trying the best to create better sensor. Canon, Sony, Panasonic ?
Next year I guess the war is on the sensor side. New sensor need to capture good image on low light. and fast focus
Aroart: I personally know quit a few photographers and videographers here in NY. Every time they use a Sony camera they all complain about the terrible battery life over priced lenses and ocassionall crashes. They either return them in a week or use them for a side kick and family gatherings. While the image quality is there I don't think it would be able to take the physical abuse and demands of a pro that shoots weddings or in extreme weather... So technically this camera realy should not be on best overall list...One more issue Sony doesn't even have the most used lense in there system lineup the 70-200 2.8.......
I hope sony read the user comments and try to improve on next products. or if possible start by firmware upgrade first
