Everyone is worried that someone else is going to get rich in some tangential way based on their work. Please stop with the paranoia and litigation.

This long time Nikon SLR/DSLR professional photographer is now Fuji X-T1 and I'm quite satisfied. As long as image quality, build quality and all other ergonomics are good, I'll remain mirrorless indefinitely.

On Fujifilm X-T1 Review preview (651 comments in total)

I've had the X-T1 for a couple of months now and just want to say kudos to Fuji. This is the first camera in decades that's inspired me to get out and take photos. I think it's the manual controls that I've been missing. I've been slowly lulled away to programmable buttons and touch screens, all the while not realizing I really missed the feel of my Olympus OM 35mm cameras of the 70's. Thanks to Fuji, it's great to be back.

l_d_allan: Maybe I'm easily impressed?

But I'm IMPRESSED ... by the rocket technology (less so with the drone + camera, but I WANT ONE).

I'm with you, Alan. Where's the "Notify me when in stock" button?

I'm tired of switching the VF-2 with the flash on my Pen. I will buy one of these and see which I wind up using more.

Why is everyone surprised? I see this as a digital Minox. Very niche. I wouldn't run out and buy it, but I applaud bringing back lots of knobs with direct access to important functions. Wish more manufacturers would get away from touch screens and menus and bring back the knurly knobs!
