Not an expert, but I do find 45mm f1.8 (around this aperature/focal length) provides the right amount of depth of field for the face and good bokeh if placed right.

Glad to see that m43 revived your interest in photography! Keep up the good work! Just have to say.. m43 bought back all the "fun" factor to me, too!

street price will perhaps be at around $1000 - i think it will be very attractive if it has performance of 17-50 non-VC or anywhere near it. i woudl buy one.
