Where do you shoot?
I have the Olympus 45, and in most indoor situations it's verging on being too tight. There are very few situations in which I'd be able to use the 75mm effectively. Other...

Can you speak more to this? I'm in the market and curious about how well the Eye-Fi and other cards play with the OM-D. A quick search only revealed this, from the Eye-Fi site, and no one who has...

Exactly. It seems like a weird omission, since they'd just have to offer a different mount.

Very few people are better served by two camera systems than they are by one. You should probably choose a m43 system OR a Nikon APS-C system and get better bodies / lenses for that system. The...

I don't grok the question: Why wouldn't it be okay? Unless you want to pay $1100 for the Panasonic 12–35 2.8, that's an optimal setup.

Maybe. It depends on the size, cost, and lens. The question is a bit like asking, "Would you buy a car with two doors?" The number of doors is hardly definitive.

Thanks very much for the reply.

I tried searching Google and Bing but couldn't find an answer to this (possibly stupid) question: Does the OM-D have micro-focus adjust, or whatever Olympus might call it? If not, has anyone...

There's a typo in the conclusion: "where it's smaller, DX-format AF coverage could cause problems," but the word should be "its."

It doesn't have to be user error. It could be camera / lens variation:

This is one of these moments where evidence trumps assertion. The numerous reviews I've seen indicate that the differences are at best subtle.See more at The Story's Story:...

What body are you using? If you're using a new body, you should know that Canon's newest lens / body combinations have substantially better autofocus:...

"Personally I had the Sigma 30 for a few years and although it did some magic wide open shots, it was too inconsistant for my taste."I have one and love it. What does "inconsistent" mean in this...

I read the (numerous) reviews of both and bought the Sigma because I couldn't justify spending an extra $500 or more on nominal IQ that might or might not be perceptible. You should also read this:...

Look at the Sigma 30mm f / 1.4. I have one, primarily as a result of facing the same dilemmas you are, and it splits the difference between 28 and 35; to my mind, 35mm is probably too close to 50...
